“We’ve added a list of material questions to your Verification Report. Please comment on two questions from each Impact Area (Governance, Workers, etc…) with your rationale. For each selected answer, include what the practice or policy is, to whom it applies, and when it was implemented. For more guidance, click here. If there are no available questions in a given Impact area, nothing is required from you in the Impact Area. Once you complete this task, please leave a comment here to notify us. We will then assign you to an analyst to move to the next step in the process. This task must be completed within 90 days or the Review will be closed, meaning any information shared with us will be archived and a new assessment will be created for you to update and re-submit when you are able to pursue the B Corporation Certification.”

For 2021, Maven Hemp has one non-executive employee, Gwethalyn Williams. The company significantly increased her bonus amount from 2020 to 2021. A letter from the employee confirming the bonus amounts received and wage amounts in relation to Colorado’s minimum wage and living wage has been reviewed and added to the B Impact Assessment for verification.
